The organization is supported by volunteering groups in: Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Britain, Ireland, Germany, Sweden, UAE, USA, Oman, Thailand, India, Netherland, and operate through existing support offices in Sudan and other countries as well as through over 20 WhatsApp groups. There are also specialized groups for the men of culture, art, media and business
